End of the World Bible Prophecies

We are currently living in the last days of the world and the bible gives us many warnings and signs about what is there to come. Jesus had revealed six signs, Paul had revealed two characteristics, and the prophets prior to the end of the world found in books like Revelation, Daniel, etc. had stated eleven other occurrences. Even though it is written in the bible that no one knows the exact moment when the world will end, God did wanted us to be aware when that time is approaching. As Christians continue to thrive and move away from the real meaning of faith, worship for the wrong reasons, growing cold of love, etc. God knew giving us signs would be the only way to remind us about preparing and His love for us.

A lot of Christians are, unfortunately, taking the verse that we don't know the time of the second coming too bluntly that they ignore the scriptures that warn us about the future tribulation. God included the prophecies in the bible for a reason because He knows the best for humankind and therefore should be worth studying.

It is very apparent that the end of the world is drawing very near and we are in the middle of it. Signs and prophecies are being fulfilled every day, faster than ever before. The Bible holds many signs and here is a study that warns us about them while we approach towards the end of time.

Biblical Signs From Jesus

FALSE PROPHETS & CHRISTS

For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. Matthew 24:5

And many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Matthew 24:11

During these few years, many people from around the world have claimed to be the Messiah or a prophet God sent to deliver the world from sin.

WARS & RUMORS OF WARS

And you will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end. Matthew 24:6

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes. Matthew 24:7

We hear on the news everyday about countries rising over other countries in exchange for war. As people dies in the Middle East, other countries are building weapons of mass destruction, and gradually an outbreak of battle will spread through the world.

FAMINE

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes. Matthew 24:7

The world as we know it is changing. The sky is altering and so is the weather. Climate change. Very soon, summer will hit a degree that is unsustainable for humans to sustain. Drought will come. Crops will turn back into soil. While on the other side of the world, rain will flood farms and destroy our food supply.

EARTHQUAKES

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes. Matthew 24:7

New records of earthquakes are being witnessed as we pass through the years. Great enough to destroy an entire city. Did you know between 1890 and 1900 there was only one major earthquake?

TRIBULATIONS

But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs. Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations on account of my name. Matthew 24:8-9

Christians are becoming more and more criticized than before even though the United States was built upon a Christian moral. Many countries, by believing in God, can end up in death. As the days come, many more of these suffering will come, not mentioning the four prophecies already listed above.

THE GOSPEL WILL REACH THROUGHOUT THE WORLD

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come. Matthew 24:14

Through the media, transport, the Internet and so on, the world is becoming one. The message of God is also being preached across the globe though radios, websites, television, books and even by missionaries.

GODLESSNESS

But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of god; holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 2 Timothy 3:1 - 5, 7

Everywhere you look around have something to do with money. No matter if it is getting more cash, borrowing or investment, the notion for money is there. People's hearts are no longer a place for Jesus, but of fame, self fulfillment and greed. Leaders are corrupted, organized crimes are increasing, and an increase of New Age beliefs that humans are just as great like God is becoming popular.

APOSTASY (MOVING AWAY FROM FAITH)

But the spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons. By means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron, men who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God has created to be gratefully shared in by those who believe and know the truth. I Timothy 4:1 - 3

Many churches today are moving away from accepting that Jesus is the only way to Salvation. Money is being added to the church’s morals; no longer faith alone. New doctrines are being introduced with beliefs that integrate into karma, reincarnation, demonizing those who eat meat which God has given, and so on.

Occurrences & Prophecies

A 200,000,000-MAN ARMY IN THE EAST

And the number of the armies of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them. Revelation 9:16

This number was reached in China, the most famous Eastern country, during 1960.

REDEVELOPMENT OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE

The head of the statue was made of fine gold, its breast and its arms of silver, its belly and its thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay. Daniel 2:32 - 33

Then there will be a fourth kingdom as strong as iron; inasmuch as iron crushes and shatters all things, so like iron that breaks in pieces, it will crush and break all these in pieces. And in that you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter's clay and partly of iron, it will be a divided kingdom; but it will have the toughness of iron, and partly of pottery, so some of the kingdom will be strong and part of it will be brittle. And in that you saw the iron mixed with clay, they will combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery. Daniel 2:40 - 43

According to Daniel’s interpreting of the statute in King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, the iron represented the Roman Empire. The legs represent the division of the Roman Empire into an eastern part called the Byzantine Empire that ended in the 1400’s. The nations, after dissolving, have never become one again, but the European Union now has 15 States and is preparing to include 13 other eastern and southern European countries too.

HEBREW LANGUAGE RETURNING TO ISRAEL

For then I will return to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent. Zephaniah 3:9

Prior to 1948, Hebrew was never spoken. But now, Hebrew is becoming widely spoken again. As more theology student studies the bible, many are taking Hebrew as a subject and spreading its awareness to the world.

REBUILDING TEMPLES AND ANIMAL SACRIFICES IN JERUSALEM

Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. Daniel 9:26

Leave out the court which is outside the temple and do not measure it, for it has been given to the nations; and they will tread under foot the oly city for forty-two months. Revelation 11:2

Many groups are working on a new temple. Blueprints and plans are made and many attempts to lay the cornerstone have been taken. However, the only thing standing in the way is the Dome of the Rock, a holy Islam site.

RED HEIFERs BEING BORN AFTER 2000 YEARS

This is the statute of the law which the Lord has commanded, saying, "Speak to the sons of Israel that they bring you an unblemished red heifer in which is no defect and on which a yoke has never been placed. "You shall give it to Eleazar the priest, and it shall be brought outside the camp and be slaughtered in his presence. Next Eleazar the priest shall take some of its blood with his finger and sprinkle some of its blood toward the front of the tent of meeting seven times. "Then the heifer shall be burned in his sight; its hide and its flesh and its blood, with its refuse, shall be burned. "The priest shall then wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward come into the camp, but the priest shall be unclean until evening. Numbers 19:2 - 7

A red heifer (red cow) will be required in the process of purification, as described in the book of Numbers. In 1997, the first red heifer was born, than another in 2002.

INCREASE IN KNOWLEDGE AND TRAVEL

But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase. Daniel 12:4

Science is taking a step that has never thought to be possible in the past. Cloning, DNA modification, space travel and so on. These are all examples of knowledge being increased.

ETHIOPIAN JEWS RETURN TO ISRAEL

From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia My worshipers, My dispersed ones, will bring My offerings. In 1984, 15,000 Jews fled to refugee camps in Sudan to escape starvation. In 1991, 20,000 Jews were sent to Israel. In 1999, more airlifts took place to transport 3,000 Jews from Ethiopia to Israel.

THE RISE OF RUSSIA

Son of man, set your face toward Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him. I will turn you about and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, and all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them splendidly attired, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them wielding swords. After many days you will be summoned; in the latter years you will come into the land that is restored from the sword, whose inhabitants have been gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel which had been a continual waste; but its people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all of them. Ezekiel 38:2, 4, 8

Russia, along with China, is growing rapidly. Many of the world’s biggest warplanes are being developed in Russia.

RUSSIAN JEWS RETURN TO ISRAEL

Therefore behold, the days are coming declares the Lord, when they will no longer say, as the Lord lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, but as the Lord lives, who brought up and led back the descendants of the household of Israel from the north land and from all the countries where I have driven them. Then they will live on their own soil. Jeremiah 23:7 - 8

Between 1970 to 1980, a mass of Jews fled communist Russia to Israel. There is already a dramatic increase with Russian Jews coming to Israel.

TECHNOLOGY IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST

And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.
